How the Home Fortification Program Works

• Initial home fortification – A certified 911 Wildlife technician must perform an initial, comprehensive wildlife fortification on the property. This is a customized, paid service that is quoted and invoiced based on the specific architectural vulnerabilities of your structure. 
• First year warranty included – To provide immediate peace of mind, the entire first year of your property lifetime guarantee is free and built directly into the cost of your initial fortification. 
• Annual maintenance and fortification – Wildlife will continuously test the exterior of a building as seasons change. Once a year during the summer months, our team comes back onsite to thoroughly inspect your property and complete any preventative fortifications necessary to keep all wildlife out for the upcoming fall and winter. This maintenance service costs $350 per year and is required to keep your warranty active. 
• Our lifetime wildlife guarantee – As long as your yearly inspections and summer maintenance are completed, you are completely covered. Should any wildlife ever manage to bypass our barriers and enter a structure covered by the lifetime guaranty, 911 Wildlife will humanely remove the animals, exclude them, and refortify the broken entry points at absolutely no additional charge to you.

Program Rules & Discretion

To maintain the integrity of our lifetime guarantee, a few guidelines apply:

• The customer must agree to, and complete, all repairs outlined in the initial fortification quote.
• Participation in this premium protection program is strictly at the sole discretion of your 911 Wildlife technician following a thorough evaluation of the structure.
• Please note that this specific program and lifetime guarantee covers nuisance wildlife (such as raccoons, squirrels, bats, skunks, and opossums) and does not include mice, rats, or bugs.
