The technician was here today. Turns out my problem was raccoons and not squirrels. The technician did an excellent job (and it was not an easy job). I was very impressed. For once I feel like I am dealing with someone who knows what they are doing. Thanks so much for your help on this.

Your technician came out a few days ago, was very quick, courteous and explained the process. Within a few hours, a very large, fat, comfortable squirrel was making a horrendous racket trying to get back into the attic. Although loud, it was a welcome sound. At least three times that I am aware, the same varmint has dared to scratch at my office window (near the point of entry) either trying to get in or desperate to plead his case.

In any event, you were more successful in a few hours than your competition had been in months, and furthermore, you did it without caging and relocating innocent squirrels attracted by a free meal as had been your competitor's M.O.

I am pleased to offer to be a very enthusiastic reference for your company.

I had one of your employees come to my house on Wed., May 31 to help with a family of raccoons that had taken residence in my attic. I wanted to let you know how very pleased I am with both the service and the price.

Problems with other pest removal services:

--Two had given me estimates that were substantially higher than 911 Wildlife's pricing and offered no guarantee whatsoever.

--One used traps and would have required me to climb up and personally check the traps in the attic each day. If we had successfully trapped a raccoon, I was told it would be released behind my house. I'm sure it would have been back inside before the truck left the curb.

--One arranged to meet me at my house but never appeared (forcing me to miss work). My calls afterward were not returned.

--Two never returned my phone calls even after I spoke with a receptionist.

Your employee was very prompt, polite, and professional. It has been two weeks since the removal and I have seen no sign of raccoons attempting to return to the attic. I will be glad to pass your contact information to my friends.
